- We will not be printing any copyrighted logos of other brands.
- We will not be able to remove our branding. All our products go out with our branding.
- We will not be able to change shipping address after the product is shipped.
- Due to various public holidays and festival holidays, order may get delayed more than the mentioned dates. Please allow us time to make your products awesome as they are custom made.
- We are not responsible for delay in delivery caused by the shipping company. However, we will assist you in any way possible.
- By uploading any design, you confirm that it complies with our Terms of service and Acceptable Content Guidelines. You will indemnify and defend Hurtle Speedware for any claims related to the alleged infringement of your design. All designs are subject to our review and may be removed at any time without prior notice or liability to us.

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. We will NOT be printing special characters or emoji's typed in team name and player name text fields.
We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at orders@hurtle.in within 24 hours from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return or exchange. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team. However, if your order is processed on the same day, it may not be possible to cancel.
Once the jersey moves into production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
